4. Subscription and Payment

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

Premium subscription is $1.99 NZD per month, billed monthly
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law
We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice
Free plan includes 20 analyses per month with no payment required

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of images and other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide plant analysis services to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property
